Privacy Policy

PixShrink is a free image compressor. This policy describes how the site works today. Your photos do not need to be uploaded for the tool to run.

Images you compress

Compression runs in your browser. Files are read into memory on this device, processed here, and offered as a download. By default, location, camera, and timestamp tags are stripped from that download. We do not receive, store, or transmit those images. Closing the tab clears them from page memory.

Information we do not collect

• No accounts or user profiles
• No image uploads to our servers
• No ads and no advertising cookies

Hosting logs

The host that serves the page (for example Vercel) may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. Those logs are for security and reliability. They do not include the pixels of images you compress, because those bytes are not uploaded.

Cookies and analytics

The compressor does not set cookies. We do not show ads. We do not use advertising cookies.

The site may record anonymous page views with Vercel Web Analytics. That helps us see which pages are used. It is not used to target ads.

Feedback

The footer Feedback link opens a Tally form overlay. That script is loaded from Tally. If you send feedback, Tally receives what you type. Your images are not sent.

Children

This is a general-purpose tool. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Using the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Contact

We cannot restore or review your images, because we never receive them. There is no image support inbox.
